A few key achievements that I'm proud of:
• Led Tackle's company-wide Salesforce integration migration, driving cross-functional alignment across Product & Engineering and GTM teams to get 100% of customers migrated or on a contracted migration date by a target sunset deadline.
• Took Tackle Revenue Insights from early concept to full market launch; had 0-to-1 ownership of strategy, user research, engineering and go-to-market plans.
• Fixed Tackle for Salesforce's biggest adoption blocker (a data schema field mapper), unblocking ~20 stalled accounts through data analysis and iterative product fixes.
• At Kapost, drove a 230% increase in feature usage after redesigning the analytics product, cut support defects by up to 39% through disciplined QA and root-cause work and lifted engineering sprint velocity 30% through agile process improvements.
• At APAX, a client renewed their entire contract the next year just to keep working full-time with me on product discovery and UX.
